UN Blowback: More Than 650 International Scientists Dissent Over Man-Made Global Warming Claims. Folks, I have been stating for a long time now, that the whole issue about ‘man-caused’ global warming is nothing but one giant scam, designed to instill fear and self-loathing in us, and to extort our hard earned money to ‘fix’ a problem that is nothing more than a purely natural cyclical weather pattern, and now, we are finally seeing many of those same scientists that once were paid to perpetrate the scam come forward and admit that we humans are NOT to blame.

650 International Scientists, many of them who participated in the ‘big report’ that world leaders are now using to extort money from their citizens, are coming clean, and will present their findings that state that man can do nothing to allay the natural cyclical warming trends (or cold trends for that matter), and will present evidence shows that the dire scare-mongering scenarios that were foisted on us simply are not going to happen, and that nature will take it’s course regardless of how much CO2 we pump into the atmosphere. The simple fact is that DESPITE our CO2 production, and record levels being dumped into the atmosphere, we have been cooling for over a decade now, and the reason is because of the solar flare cycles that the scientists in the UN knew about, but kept quite about- No longer though! But I bet you will not see this conference report in the mainstream media, or see it referred to by the UN, because it would mean that they can no longer claim we’re to blame, and thereby force us to pay for something we are NOT responsible for!

POZNAN, Poland - The UN global warming conference currently underway in Poland is about to face a serious challenge from over 650 dissenting scientists from around the globe who are criticizing the climate claims made by the UN IPCC and former Vice President Al Gore. Set for release this week, a newly updated U.S. Senate Minority Report features the dissenting voices of over 650 international scientists, many current and former UN IPCC scientists, who have now turned against the UN. The report has added about 250 scientists (and growing) in 2008 to the over 400 scientists who spoke out in 2007. The over 650 dissenting scientists are more than 12 times the number of UN scientists (52) who authored the media hyped IPCC 2007 Summary for Policymakers.

The U.S. Senate report is the latest evidence of the growing groundswell of scientific opposition rising to challenge the UN and Gore. Scientific meetings are now being dominated by a growing number of skeptical scientists. The prestigious International Geological Congress, dubbed the geologists’ equivalent of the Olympic Games, was held in Norway in August 2008 and prominently featured the voices and views of scientists skeptical of man-made global warming fears. “Since I am no longer affiliated with any organization nor receiving any funding, I can speak quite frankly….As a scientist I remain skeptical.” - Atmospheric Scientist Dr. Joanne Simpson, the first woman in the world to receive a PhD in meteorology and formerly of NASA who has authored more than 190 studies and has been called “among the most preeminent scientists of the last 100 years.”

Warming fears are the “worst scientific scandal in the history…When people come to know what the truth is, they will feel deceived by science and scientists.” - UN IPCC Japanese Scientist Dr. Kiminori Itoh, an award-winning PhD environmental physical chemist.

“The IPCC has actually become a closed circuit; it doesn’t listen to others. “For how many years must the planet cool before we begin to understand that the planet is not warming? “CO2 emissions make absolutely no difference one way or another….Every scientist knows this, but it doesn’t pay to say so…Global warming, as a political vehicle, keeps Europeans in the driver’s seat and developing nations walking barefoot.” - Dr. Takeda Kunihiko, vice-chancellor of the Institute of Science and Technology Research at Chubu University in Japan.

“The [global warming] scaremongering has its justification in the fact that it is something that generates funds.” - Award-winning Paleontologist Dr. Eduardo Tonni, of the Committee for Scientific Research in Buenos Aires and head of the Paleontology Department at the University of La Plata. # #

Report: Sea Level rise ‘has stumbled since 2005′ – [LINK] Meteorologist Anthony Watts – December 5, 2008 Excerpt: We’ve been waiting for the UC web page to be updated with the most recent sea level data. It finally has been updated for 2008. It looks like the steady upward trend of sea level as measured by satellite has stumbled since 2005. The 60 day line in blue tells the story. From the University of Colorado web page: “Long-term mean sea level change is a variable of considerable interest in the studies of global climate change. The measurement of long-term changes in global mean sea level can provide an important corroboration of predictions by climate models of global warming. Long term sea level variations are primarily determined with two different methods.” - Yes, I would agree, it is indeed a variable of considerable interest. The question now is, how is it linked to global climate change (aka global warming) if CO2 continues to increase, and sea level does not?

Geophysist: ‘It is time to file this theory in the dustbin of history’ – ‘Alarmists are in denial and running for cover’- Washington Times [LINK]

UK Paper: Obama Proposes “Economic Suicide” for U.S. Based on “Self-Deluding Lies” of Global Warming – November 29, 2008

If the holder of the most powerful office in the world proposed a policy guaranteed to inflict untold damage on his own country and many others, on the basis of claims so demonstrably fallacious that they amount to a string of self-deluding lies, we might well be concerned. The relevance of this is not to President Bush, as some might imagine, but to a recent policy statement by President-elect Obama.

Tomorrow, delegates from 190 countries will meet in Poznan, Poland, to pave the way for next year’s UN conference in Copenhagen at which the world will agree a successor to the Kyoto Protocol on climate change. They will see a video of Mr Obama, in only his second major policy commitment, pledging that America is now about to play the leading role in the fight to “save the planet” from global warming.

Mr Obama begins by saying that “the science is beyond dispute and the facts are clear”. “Sea levels,” he claims, “are rising, coastlines are shrinking, we’ve seen record drought, spreading famine and storms that are growing stronger with each passing hurricane season.”

Far from the science being “beyond dispute”, we can only deduce from this that Mr Obama has believed all he was told by Al Gore’s wondrously batty film An Inconvenient Truth without bothering to check the facts. Each of these four statements is so wildly at odds with the truth that on this score alone we should be seriously worried.

It is true that average sea levels are modestly rising, but no faster than they have been doing for three centuries. Gore’s film may predict a rise this century of 20 feet, but even the UN’s International Panel on Climate Change only predicts a rise of between four and 17 inches. The main focus of alarm here has been the fate of low-lying coral islands such as the Maldives and Tuvalu.

Around each of these tiny countries, according to the international Commission on Sea Level Changes and other studies, sea levels in recent decades have actually fallen. The Indian Ocean was higher between 1900 and 1970 than it has been since. Satellite measurements show that since 1993 the sea level around Tuvalu has gone down by four inches. [LINK]

Prominent scientists from all over the world [LINK] have been exposing the facts for a long time now, but world leaders simply refuse to acknowledge the facts.

UN Conference Greeted with UN Data Showing ‘Warming has Stopped!’ - WorldClimateReport.com - December 2, 2008 [LINK]

This time, it’s the annual confab of the nations that signed the original U.N. climate treaty in Rio in 1992. That instrument gave rise to the infamous 1996 Kyoto Protocol on global warming, easily the greatest failure in the history of environmental diplomacy. Kyoto was supposed to reduce global emissions of carbon dioxide below 1990 levels during the period 2008-2012. Reality Check: KYOTO OBJECTIVE MAY BE MET BY 2010 … WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING [LINK]

Excerpt: The official Name of the Kyoto Accord is: KYOTO PROTOCOL TO THE UNITED NATIONS FRAMEWORK CONVENTION ON CLIMATE CHANGE. The objective of the Accord is to reduce the impact of observed increases in global temperatures using 1990 as the reference year for a target. If we take the average global temperature in 1990 as a “zero reference”, the average temperature for 2002 can be seen to be about 0.35øC, and the average temperature for the last 12 months is back down to about 0.05øC. The best fit linear trend since 2002 is about 0.025øC/year of cooling, and at this rate we will have met the Kyoto target of 1990 temperature in just two years without having done anything! If the Kyoto target of 1990 global temperature will be met in just two years in spite of the continued increase in CO2 emissions, doesn’t it seem a bit odd that the world leaders are willing to sacrifice the global economy to reduce CO2 emissions as though CO2 emissions reductions, and not global temperature stabilization, was the objective of the Kyoto Protocol?

Every UK household ‘will have to pay £500 a year to fight climate change’ — may force 1.7million people into fuel poverty [LINK]

Excerpt: Warning: Lord Turner said the UK must cut carbon emissions by 34% by 2020Tough new targets on tackling climate change will cost Britain £500 a year per household, push up utility bills and force 1.7million Britons into fuel poverty by 2020. The grim predictions came from independent Government advisers yesterday as they set targets for slashing greenhouse gas emissions.

Need more proof that governments are goign to bilk their citizens out of trillions of dollars all based on a LIE? (I’m sitting here writing this, and the T.V is on behind me talking about a new show on Discovery channel called “Hot planet”, and the advertising for it is so alarmist that one would think we have only a few years to live ‘unless we act now’ to ‘cool the planet’ which has been cooling for over a decade now, all by itself!- My goodness- this ‘man-caused’ global climate change alarmism is getting WAY out of hand! We humans are NOT responsible for climate change- the facts are VERY clear on this folks!)

UN says hundreds of billions more dollars likely needed to reduce emissions by 2030 [LINK]

Sorry- I’m not getting back into blogging, but with the election just a day away, I thought I’d give y’all a glimpse of what an Obama Presidency will look like- I just had to pop in and post this great excerpt from the UK Telegraph, because apparently, even those outside the United States understand just how bad it would be to elect the most liberal Senator ever to the highest office of the land at the worst possible time in history.

Janet Daley of the UK Telegraph has managed to sum up the whole issue in just a few words, and folks, it aint pretty- we are going to be paying through our noses if Obama takes office, but evidently, people just don’t care because all they can think about is ‘change’- Well, they’re going to get ‘change’ alright, but they aint gonna like it (although they’ll still manage to try to pin the blame on the Republicans for their mistake in electing Obama)- Anyway, have a look at Janet’s assessment of the situation:

“So, in one of those bizarre jokes that history sometimes plays, the United States is apparently about to choose as president the most inexperienced, untried and virtually unknowable candidate who has ever run for that office at a time of unquantifiable international risk and unprecedented economic instability: a candidate who, as Bill Clinton revealed in a wonderfully back-handed “tribute”, responded to the banking collapse by ringing every expert he could find (including Bill) to ask them what he should be saying.

Barack Obama - a threat to the world economy?

But there is another facet of Obama taxation with even more serious consequences for the US. In order to pay for his tax cut for 95 per cent of the population (half of whom do not pay income tax and whose “cut” would be in the form of a cash rebate), President Obama and his Democratic Congress would raise the US rate of corporation tax - already the second highest in the world - from 15 to 20 per cent. They also plan to punish through taxation companies that employ people overseas rather than “creating American jobs”. These measures would have the almost immediate effect of driving companies and capital out of the US.

In the same “help the little guy” spirit, Obama proposes to raise capital gains tax, thus penalising those whose investment is desperately needed for market recovery. As my economist friends always tell me when I advocate tax cuts for the low-paid: it may seem a morally and politically attractive policy but it doesn’t do a damn thing for economic growth. The tiny amounts that the lower-paid receive in such wide-ranging cuts make little difference as a stimulus and if they are balanced by penalties on business and on the investing classes, they are worse than useless.” (UK Telegraph)

New Zealand Parrots Wreak Havoc at Bird Sanctuary.

Apparently, crimes waves are sweeping through the animal kingdom these days.

WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) - A gang of unruly teenage bush parrots have wrought havoc at a bird sanctuary in New Zealand by using their powerful beaks to destroy nesting boxes.

The native Kaka parrots - juvenile birds that haven’t reached sexual maturity - have torn off nesting box doors and vandalized the bird homes, sanctuary conservation officer Matt Robertson said Friday.

Twenty-four of 44 new Kaka nest boxes built over the winter have been ripped apart, he said, adding that the birds then gouged out chunks of wood with their strong beaks.

There ya go- Teens-gone-wild- That’s what happens when parent parrots don’t pay enough attention to their kids- the teens then act out looking for attention.

I’m tellin ya- watch who your teens are hanging out with- Garbage in- Garbage out. Get a handle on the situation and monitor the friends your teen parrots chum with, or we’ll all just see more and more of the abhorrent parrot behavior in the future. But I guess with every bad news, there comes some good, and it appears that the parrots behavior will be stemmed as cats turn to arson, burn down all the structures, and eliminate anymore temptations for these unruly parrots. One bad apple spoils the barrel.

Cats Rescued After Apparently Starting House Fire.

It seems that animals are either fighting crimes these days, or committing them. In a bizarre case, a group of apparent serial cat-arsonist burns another house to the ground in Chattanooga.

Chattanooga Fire fighters had to leap into action to rescue the frenzied felines after the cats found themselves trapped by their own fire. Most cats were rescued, some were treated with oxygen, but one isn’t expected to make it.

The article makes no mention of whether other mysterious fires in Chattanooga were caused by these pesky little arsonists, but I’m guessing perhaps they were as it appears that the cats caught the fire-bug and just couldn’t resist setting their own home on fire just for practice apparently. It is my contention that the kitties were planning to escape the flames and set other fires throughout the city Chattanooga, but were tripped up by bad planning.

“Capt. Lesley Morgan said the cause of the fire appears to be accidental and most likely from a cat knocking over an unattended candle in the kitchen.” (APNews.Myway.co...)

Mmm-Hmmm- “Accidental”. Obviously Capt. Lesley Morgan isn’t aware of the fact that cats often suffer from a condition known as frenzied-fire-fetishes. One little nip of cat-nip & these furry little felons are simply unpredictable. I’d suggest keeping an open mind when investigating fires throughout Chattanooga that haven’t been solved yet- it just might have been a fuzzy little four-pawed felon. (Note, take my article with a grain of salt- but keep a close eye on the little kitties, raise them right, keep them from hanging with the wrong crowds, and watch for signs of delinquency as these could lead to more serious problems later on in life especially after the felines get bored laying around doing nothing all day)

Black Bear Busts secret Utah Pot Farm. There’s a new weapon in the fight against Drugs, and it comes in the form of a fuzzy four footed fearsome crime-fighter.

Investigators state that a black bear visited a pot field so many times that the bruin managed to scare off the grower.

“This bear is definitely law-enforcement minded,” said Garfield County Sheriff Danny Perkins. “If I can find this bear I’m going to deputize him.”

Garfield County Sheriff Danny Perkins said: “This particular bear apparently was not going to give up and basically chased these marijuana farmers away. Our county is so tough on drugs that even the wildlife are getting in on the action.” (APNews.Myway.co...)

Sen. Lindsey Graham Blasts Barack Obama. Wow! In what I have to say was the strongest condemnation against the defeatist mentality espoused by some like Barack Obama, Sen. Lindsey Graham Blasts Barack Obama with some very powerful facts that Obama can’t deny!

I’ve said it all through the war that the things that Sen. Lindsey Graham said tonight should have been said all along, yet strangely, were not. I could not understand why the Republican base refused to pound the issues and facts about the war home, and it was my belief that the President and the Republican party lost the battle for public opinion for refusing to stand up against an obvious smear campaign launched against them from both the left, and their leftist lackeys in the main stream media.

I’m just going to post the speech by Sen. Lindsey Graham and let the power of his words speak for themselves, but I just want to say that the republicans should have been hammering these points home and fighting for their place in history instead of surrendering like they did to the campaign to impugn President Bush and Republicans that was launched by the left and mainstream media!

Let the words sink in, and let it be known that we came very very close to losing the war in Iraq, and would have IF the Democrats and Barack Obama had had their way! We averted losing the war by just two votes folks! Thank God Sen. Lieberman broke with his party’s defeatist mentality and decided to vote for victory against terrorism instead of for surrender like the Democrats wanted us to do simply because they did not want President Bush to get credit for anything! (NOTE: I have bolded the more important and powerful statements by Graham to stress just how important and inspiring a speech it really was- onstage, he emphasized these points as well!)

Sen. Lindsey Graham: By every measure, the surge of troops into Iraq has worked.

Sectarian violence and coalition casualties are at record lows.

15 of the 18 political benchmarks have been met.

The Iraqi’s have a larger, more capable Army. Oil production is dramatically increasing.

This week, Anbar Province, once an Al Qaeda stronghold, was turned over to the Iraqis. And all American combat brigades who made up the surge have returned home.

We know the surge has worked. Our men and women in uniform know it has worked.

I promise you — above all others — Al Qaeda knows it has worked.

The only people who deny it are Barack Obama and his buddies at MoveOn.org.

Why won’t they admit it?

Because Barack Obama’s campaign is built around us losing in Iraq. Without John McCain’s courageous leadership there would be no surge.

I know.

I was there with John McCain and Joe Lieberman every step of the way.

In our visits to Iraq, we saw the situation deteriorate.

The troops we met - the sergeants, captains, and colonels - had such respect and admiration for Senator McCain they felt comfortable giving him something he knows a lot about — Straight Talk.

They said — Senator McCain, this ain’t working. John heard their message and put their interests ahead of his own. He came back to Washington and told everyone, including Republicans, - we must change course.

For his honesty, some accused him of being disloyal. But John McCain’s loyalties have always been to his country and to our men and women in uniform.

Not a political party.

Calling for more troops to be sent to Iraq was one of the most unpopular things John McCain could have done. Some said it was political suicide. But you know what?

It WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

Because losing in Iraq would have been a nightmare for America. Al’ Qaeda would have claimed victory over our nation. Sectarian violence would spread throughout the region. And Iran would fill the vacuum.

Last summer, we came within 2 votes of a congressionally mandated surrender. One Democrat broke with his party to support the surge.

Ladies and gentlemen, thank God for Joe Lieberman.

It was John McCain’s voice and credibility that stopped Congress from losing this war.

The Petraeus plan will be a model for generations to come, and our troops will be heroes for the ages.

Those who predicted failure, voted to cut off funding for our troops, and played politics with our national security will be footnotes in history.

There’s no doubt about it, we are on the road to victory.

America is safer by winning in Iraq - A Muslim nation in the heart of the Arab world that rejects Al Qaeda.

While Barack Obama expresses appreciation for our troops’ service, he refuses to acknowledge their success.

They have worked too hard and sacrificed too much for a patronizing pat on the back.

Barack Obama went 2 and a half years between visits to Iraq and never once sat down with General Petraeus. If Barack Obama cannot appreciate that our troops are winning in Iraq, he should not be their Commander in Chief.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying Barack Obama doesn’t care.

I’m just saying - he doesn’t get it.

Not once was Barack Obama’s eloquent voice ever raised in support of Victory in Iraq. Not once was it used to rally our troops in battle. Instead, he inspired those who supported retreat and would have accepted our defeat.

We should all be grateful that Barack Obama was unable to defeat the surge. The surge was a test for Barack Obama.

He failed miserably.

Our troops deserve a Commander in Chief who acknowledges their success. Has walked in their shoes. Speaks their language. Shares in their sufferings. And will lead them to victory in a war we cannot afford to lose.

That person is my dear friend John McCain.

John often says he would rather lose a campaign than lose a war. Here’s the good news.

We are going to win this war.

And John McCain will be our next President of the United States.

But wait, it gets even better. Because John McCain has one of the toughest and most talented political reformers in America as his running mate.

Let’s watch to learn more about the phenomenal Governor of Alaska, Sara Palin.

Sarah Palin Speech at GOP Convention.

Well, as predicted, I read the coverage of Sarah Palin’s Republican National Convention speech in a supposedly ‘conservative’ newspaper this morning, and it was woefully skimpy on anything but the few ‘controversies’ surrounding Sarah Palin. The article in the paper was only 3 short column devoted to trying to undermine Sarah Palin. Only 3 of her comments were mentioned, and they were mentioned with a ‘qualifier’ stating that Sarah was ‘taking a jab’ at Barack, that she was ‘attacking’ Barack Obama, and that she and McCain were desperately trying to get out from under the ‘failed Bush administration’ image.

Bias in the media? Oh goodness no- there’s no bias in the media at all! [caution- heavy sarcasm!]

The Associated Press couldn’t even hardly bring themselves to mention anything that Sarah Palin spoke about without first taking a shot at her. They only mentioned 3 statements that she made during the national republican convention, and immediately followed the statements with typical leftist attacks on Sarah that focused in on the fact that Sarah’s unwed daughter is pregnant, that Sarah’s husband joined a separatist movement, and that Sarah supposedly had someone fired for refusing to fire her brother-in-law.

Pundits all over the net had their prepared statements at the ready, and on Fox news this morning, one was spouting off about how how Sarah Palin’s speech was full of lies, that her speech was nothing but a written ‘Bush administration’ prepared speech. My goodness- Can you imagine if Conservatives ripped into Joe Biden and accused him of using a “Clinton administration’ prepared speech that was full of lies?

Anyways- seeings how the mainstream media won’t give you the Sarah Palin’s speech without any snide ‘qualifiers’ before each statement- I’m posting the second part of her speech here. Obama Mocks the Bible and America’s Christian Heritage.

In a stunning display of ignorance- and in a speech you will NOT see in the mainstream media, because even they apparently understand how ignorant Obama was on the issue, Obama exposes his disdain for Christians, and exposes his disdain for the word of God, by taking the typical, petty, ignorant position, that the bible advocated slavery and the stoning of children, apparently implying that Christians should ‘live their faith’ by reinstating customs that were obviously secular laws that were in place in a time long ago. Obama not so subtly implied that Christians are hypocrites because they don’t agree to put themselves back under the laws of Moses that are no logner relevent to Christians today! The laws of Moses were a Jewish-only set of laws as I will explain below.

Barack Obama claims he ‘found the Lord’, whatever that means to him, but his obvious contempt for God’s word exposes the fact that Christ is not the one in control of his heart. His speech was a blatant misrepresentation of Christianity, and it was a speech who’s intent was to malign and denigrate Christians, and to denigrate htis great nation of ours.

Stoning children for blatant disrespect of parents and of God, was a Jewish-only commandment meant to purge evil from among God’s elected people. Nowhere in the bible does God command anyone other than His own elected people, the Jews, to purge evil in such a manner. Barack Obama however is apparently too ignorant of biblical truth to realize this fact, and apparently he feels that he is big enough to call God’s commandments toward the Jews into question? Obama is also apparently too ignorant of God’s word to understand that Christians today are not under the law of Moses, and that many edicts in the bible were meant to tell the people that they needed to obey ALL laws, even the secular laws which included laws that allowed slaves, and that the Jews were not just bound to the laws that God instated, but also to the cultural laws at that time. Obama may not like that- because it completely refutes his petty attempt at maligning God, God’s word, Christians and htis great nation of ours.

Obama would have you believe that God commanded that parents stone any child that did any manner of sin, but folks- this is a blatant lie, a disgraceful out-of-context misrepresentation of God’s word, which is usually done by people who are not Christians and have no understanding of God at all! God commanded that children who’s hearts were completely and irrevocably given over to the Evil one, be taken out and stoned to death- God was NOT commanding parents to take their child, a child who committed normal every day sins, outside the city limits and stone them to death. Those that God told parents to stone to death, were so beyond redemption, that they were no longer God’s elect! It is just simply amazing how ignorant some people are how deceitfully and viciously they oppose God and His children, and to see how people like Barack Obama will stop at nothing in order to malign Christians!

Obama may claim to be a Christian, and he may even succeed in fooling a couple of people, but to those who know better, we see very clearly that his words betray what he claims his heart stands for.

Sarah Palin: A Threat to Feminism- a threat to feminist abortion-only agendists. I said yesterday that the attacks on Sarah Palin would get fierce and vitriolic, and the intensity was about to ramp up in the coming days, and I was spot on- Reading newspapers today, browsing the blogs, and glancing at the mainstream media’s reaction to Sarah Palin, it is clear that the left, and especially feminists, are … for lack of a better term … scared.

Barack Obama is no longer the media darling, the left knows it, senses it, and foresees a media blitz that will instead focus on Sarah Palin, and they are coming out in force trying to forestall the inevitable.

It has become clear that feminists are angry at Sarah Palin because her daughter decided to keep her baby, and not abort the fetus, and they are spitting mad because of this. Feminism is supposed to be about ‘choice’ but what they are really all about folks is ‘murder’- that is the only ‘choice’ that they advocate, and because Bristol Palin didn’t ‘choose’ their way, the feminist movement is angrier than a polecat on steroids, and the feminists are doing everything in their power to smear Sarah Palin, hoping to divert attention away from the fact that most Americans Applaud Bristol Palin’s decision, and from the fact that Sarah Palin is about to become the true media darling (I should state that she will become a conservative media’s darling- the mainstream media will undoubtedly keep hammering the dirt in hopes of stalling Sarah Palin’s rising rock-star status).

I just caught the tail end of a FoxNews segment that had an apparent Feminist ‘commentator’ on, and the seething bitterness in her assertions was dripping off her like slime from a slug. She actually said something to the effect that ‘Sarah Palin, being a conservative, should not be playing a hypocrite, and should be at home with her children’.

Unreal- Liberal feminists love to claim that Christians think that all their wives should be home, barefoot and pregnant. They love to try to deride Christians by supposedly using our own conservative beliefs against us- but there’s just one problem with that liberal feminists convoluted, ridiculous statement- Conservatives have NEVER thought women should be home- We believe that if God has gifted the woman with abilities, that they should pursue their specialty to the best of their abilities- just the same as men- The feminist commentator just showed her ignorance, and exposed the fact that feminism isn’t about choice- it’s about abortion/murder, and it’s about dictating other people’s lives.

Feminists have long resisted, and actively opposed any kind of abstinence, and opposed efforts to give women a true choice that also includes giving birth, and now we have Sarah Palin running for V.P. who shows she is a strong gifted woman- pursuing her God given gifts, and who stands for universal morals that feminists have opposed for many decades now, and they are flat out scared- plain and simple.

Feminists believe their far left extremist agenda is about to get pushed back into the hedonistic past, where it belongs, and that women will now see that they don’t have to buy into the feminist lie that ‘abortion is the only choice’ that feminism shoves on vulnerable girls and women in their times of trouble, and that America will see that Sarah is the virtuous, genuine, family person who shares our universal moral values, that we’ve been looking for for a very long time, and the feminists are afraid- and well they should be because the majority of Americans share the values that Sarah Palin and her family share.

Feminists love to pretend that they are all about ‘choice’, but by golly, when someone doesn’t take the abortion/murder road after becoming pregnant, why then the claws come out, and the person is ripped to shreds by a vicious and demeaning group of supposed all-inclusionists.

I say let the foaming-at-the-mouth feminists once again show just what the extreme liberal left is all about- let them make fools of themselves by attacking Sarah and her children- let them assail the virtues of the Palin family- Americans will once again get a glimpse of the true far left agenda, and it won’t be pretty, and will end up hurting the democratic party in the end.

Dan rather was so giddy for blood against President Bush that he lost sight of his true ideology, and began a smear campaign based on lies. He was so blind to the facts that the network was forced to let him go because he had done so much damage to the network that folks once dedicated to the network were leaving in droves. The same will happen here- the more rabid the Looney far left becomes, the more America will understand how derisive and vicious the far left really is. The conservatives will just sit back, watch, and report on the self-destruction with a sense of ‘why?’ and wonder.

Sarah Palin was about choice- she chose to keep her Down Syndrome son, and her daughter Bristol was also about choice- she chose to keep her child, and the left can simply not stand the fact that the Palins chose morality over murder. Just watch the vicious, ridiculous lies and insignificant dirt that is sluing around in blogs and on the mainstream media shows in the next week as Americans all across the country stand up and cheer the Palins for deciding to live their moral convictions, even if a few missteps along the way happened, which just goes to show that the Palins are more like us than any feminist ever dreamed of being. Bristol Palin Pregnant, but Makes Brave Choice. Yep folks, Bristol Palin made a mistake, yet unlike Senator John Edwards, she isn’t trying to cover-up her mistake, hide the pregnancy, or threaten the press to keep the pregnancy quiet, but apparently, when it comes to mud-slinging, liberal bloggers have a double standard.

Blogs all over the internet are a-buzz with vitriol aimed at both Sarah Palin and Bristol Palin because Bristol and her future husband made a mistake and decided to jump the gun. The announcement by the Palins have made the liberal bloggers all kinds of giddy. It’s like flies to a gut-wagon- someone has fallen, and liberal bloggers are mad with frenzy.

Let’s recall Barack Obama’s comments when considering that his daughters could become pregnant: “if [my daughters] I don’t want them punished with a baby.” Barack Obama.

“Punished”? Swell. Apparently a child is nothing but an annoyance, and inconvenience, a “punishment”, to the liberal Senator? Where is the condemnation for the Senator’s comments by liberal bloggers? Barely a peep has been said about it by liberal bloggers, but when Bristol Palin’s unwed pregnancy is announced, why it’s time to break out the howitzers and gatling guns apparently- despite the fact that Bristol Palin is going to do the right thing, to take responsibility for her ill-choice to have relations, and is going to raise the baby and marry the father? Wow!

Just watch the media in the next week or more as they try to tear down the nomination of Sarah Palin over her daughter Bristol Palin’s decision. We’ve got a major hurricane battering New Orleans, threatening to create another massive emergency, but the news media is all a-thither with the news that Bristol Palin is pregnant out of wedlock.

Will they report that she is doing the honorable and ethical thing by marrying the father? Will they repor on Sarah Palin’s class-act statement after the fact?

Sarah Palin: “We have been blessed with five wonderful children who we love with all our heart and mean everything to us,” said Sarah and Todd Palin in a statement. “Our beautiful daughter Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned. We’re proud of Bristol’s decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents. As Bristol faces the responsibilities of adulthood, she knows she has our unconditional love and support.” (RedState.com)

Or, will the media take the lass-less direction of the liberal bloggers, many from Barack Obama’s own official blog, and continue to sling mud like the petty-minded journalist-wanna-be’s that they are?

The Washington Post has this headline: “Assessing the Political Impact of Bristol Palin’s Pregnancy” [LINK ].

“Assessing” the “Political Impact”? “Political impact” of what? Bristol Palin and her future husband made a mistake, the dealt with their mistake by agreeing to do the moral thing and marry each other- end of story! Sarah Palin is still a powerful choice for V.P. Period! Sarah’s daughter’s decision is a family issue- plain and simple. They have dealt with the issue, they love each other unconditionally, and they stick together as a family come what may- they don’t run from their problems like so many others do-

I’d say the “Assessment” has been conducted, and they were not found wanting! Mission accomplished, end of story (Even though the liberal media will pound this into the ground, hoping to hit a main artery in hopes of killing Sarah Palin’s run for V.P.

Bristol Palin, and the father of her baby, made a mistake, but again, unlike Senator John Edwards, Bristol hasn’t denied her mistake, but has decided to do the honorable, the ethical, and the responsible thing by owning up to her mistake, and taking the correct moral action to rectify her an her future husband’s error.

The Washington Post, when “Assessing” the situation wonders: “A few other factors to remember when trying to figure out how this will play out.

#8226; Palin has a VERY strong following among social conservatives who are nearly certain to give her the benefit of the doubt in this situation. She is a known commodity in social conservative circles and is regarded as “one of them” — a fact that should lessen any criticism from the right.

Some Republicans have already insisted that the Obama campaign is behind the rumor-mongering about Sarah, Bristol and Trig — although in our experience the campaign has not pushed the story AT ALL, in fact they have been encouraging reporters to focus on the issues of difference between the two candidates rather than personal stories. Any sense that Democrats are pushing this idea will almost certainly turn both Sarah and Bristol Palin into sympathetic figures — and that spells trouble for her detractors.”

“Benefit of the doubt”? What “Doubt”? Bristol and her future husband are having a baby- there’s no “Doubt” about it. They are doing the right thing- Can we say as much about other previous candidate’s decisions?

“Lessen any criticism” simply because she is conservative? There’s nothing to criticize- She and her husband made a mistake by engaging in pre-marital sex- they are human- they caved into their desires- let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Hey Washingtonpost- Senator Edwards wasn’t criticized for having the affair- He was rightfully criticized for his abhorrent actions during his wife’s fight for her life because of cancer, and he was also rightfully criticized for his despicable denials and attempts at covering the issue up- Bristol and her future husband made a mistake, and they are honorable and responsible and moral enough to recognize their mistake immediately, and to do the honorable thing by marrying. There is nothing to criticize- We ALL sin- but it is how we handle our mistakes that makes ALL of the difference! Period!

Once you folks have gathered yourselves again, let me just end by stating -ahahaha- yep- sure you have Washington Post! Sarah Palin: A Conservatives Dream Come True. The gun Totin, anti-abortion, ‘Drill here-Drill now’ VP pick for McCain is making headlines like no other VP pick could do. Feminists and ‘liberal arts’ Democrats are ruing the day they called for change- because baby, they got it!

“We may be seeing the first woman president. As a Democrat, I am reeling,” said Camille Paglia, the cultural critic. “That was the best political speech I have ever seen delivered by an American woman politician. Palin is as tough as nails.”

I’ve been reading the papers the past few days, and it has become apparent to me that the media is fearful of Sarah Palin, as most of the coverage I’ve seen has been in the lines of personal attacks, and trying to make a mountain over a mole-hill concerning her personal affairs.

News papers ran two page articles on the ‘refreshing change’ that Barack Obama is bringing to the candidacy, but when it comes to Sarah Palin, why then the papers seem tongue-tied except for criticism.

Conservatives however are full of accolades: “Rush Limbaugh, the conservative radio chat show host, exulted, “We’re the ones with a babe on the ticket” — one, moreover, with a reputation as a tax-cutter and corruption buster in her job as the first woman governor of Alaska.”

The democrats barely had their 15 minutes of fame, when along came Sarah Palin: “Good Lord, we had barely 12 hours of Democrat optimism,” said (Camille) Paglia. “It was a stunningly timed piece of PR by the Republicans.”

The Palin pick is a pretty good strategic maneuver by the Republicans in that Sarah may just pick up the women voters who haven’t decided which candidate they will vote for. Those conservative democrats who are opposed to some of them ore extreme liberal ideology of Barack will most likely either refrain from voting, vote for another candidate who hasn’t got a chance of winning, or decide Sarah Palin brings a lot of their own values to the ticket. Those who would have voted for Hillary Clinton, and who were put off that she didn’t get the nomination, now have another choice- Sarah Palin of Alaska.

In 2006 she beat the corrupt male establishment in Alaska to win the governorship. Apparently in Alaska that’s quite commonplace.” No softy, she sued to stop the federal government making polar bears an endangered species and favours drilling for oil in the Arctic wildlife refuge. Medical Bills You Shouldn’t Pay- Ever been in a situation where an insurance company turns over their demands to a collection agency, and you’re faced with harassing phone calls and threatening letters? Ever get those “Finale Notice” letters in the mail? Kind of intimidating, right? Well guess what? The practice of what is known as “Balance Billing”, may just be illegal.

Turns out, insurers aren’t legally entitled to demand that a patient pay the ‘overage’ when a doctor or hospital charges more than the insurer is willing to pay. The fact is, that we, the patient, who have paid into an insurance company for many decades in some cases, are the ones responsible for an insurance companies failure to hash out medical coverage expenditures with doctors or hospitals.

“As health-care costs continue to soar, millions of confused consumers are paying medical bills they don’t actually owe. Typically this occurs when an insurance plan covers less than what a doctor, hospital, or lab service wants to be paid. The health-care provider demands the balance from the patient. Uncertain and fearing the calls of a debt collector, the patient pays up.

Most consumers don’t realize it, but this common practice, known as balance billing, often is illegal. When doctors or hospitals think an insurer has reimbursed too little, state and federal laws generally bar the medical providers from pressuring patients to pay the difference. Instead, doctors and hospitals should be wrangling directly with insurers. Economists and patient advocates estimate that consumers pay $1 billion or more a year for which they’re not responsible.”

Businessweek.com has the story of a N.J woman who had to have gall bladder surgery, for which her insurance company, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield paid, however, a couple months later, she received a bill for $518 dollars, plus a $20 ‘transaction fee’, and when she couldn’t pay the up right away, she began to get letters from the Vanguard Anesthesia Associates that threatened to damage her credit if she didn’t pay up immediately. Fortunately for her though, her insurance company got tough with Vanguard Anesthesia Associates.

“Luckily for Fil, her insurer decided to get tough with Vanguard. In December 2006, Horizon Blue Cross sued the medical practice for balance billing Fil and more than 8,000 other policyholders who received invoices for a total of $4.3 million for service from 2004 to 2006. A New Jersey judge last year ordered Vanguard to stop billing the patients and provide refunds to those who had paid. Fil is awaiting her $538 refund. Vanguard didn’t respond to requests for comment.”

“Some physicians, hospitals, and labs take advantage of consumer befuddlement, argues Jane Cooper, CEO of Patient Care, a Milwaukee firm that employers hire to help insured workers fight billing mistakes. “Medical providers count on the fact people will pay these bills because they don’t have time to figure it out,” Cooper says.”

The fact is folks, that insurance companies are the ones that have to wrangle prices with Doctors, labs, hospitals etc, and it is their responsibility to use the money that they get from their insured customers, to negotiate prices with the medical professionals. If they can’t agree on prices, then it is not our responsibility to make pu the differences. We entrust our insurance companies with the job of covering us, and they are the ones that need to do the heavy lifting- Medical companies that send out threatening letters to patients are doing so illegally.

Many patients lack the financial ability to fight the overcharges from ‘balance-billing’, and medical companies both know this fact, and exploit people’s fears by sending out threatening letters, and this is illegal- it is unethical, and it is a practice that some insurance companies are beginning to fight back against.

Be sure to check out the (Businessweek.co...) story on this issue- You may just be paying fees you aren’t required to pay, and it appears that we need to start getting a little bit tougher with our insurance companies to do the job they signed on for- Negotiating fees directly with the medical profession, thus preventing out exploitation by unethical billing practitioners.
